I was worried that being a new car owner/leaser, I might not get approved and I would be stuck buying a lemon from a street somewhere. Doug however assured me given my credit, employment, and down payment he felt I would have a great chance at leaving with a car the next day. He couldn't have been more acccurate. After spending basically a whole day at the dealership picking out a car, awaiting approval from the bank, and signing my life away I got to pick up my car the next day. Doug was great and I recommend him to anyone that asks about looking for a new car. More

I finally traded in my own 2005 Equinox after ten years of reliable service and drove a new 2016 off Braeger's lot, after paying for it of course.. That was not my original plan, I actually took my 2005 Equinox to Braeger for an emissions test and while that was being done I started looking at the new 2016 Equinox. I was very impressed with the 2016 model. It had evolved a great deal when compared to my old 2005 and I knew I had to have it. Braeger made that purchase experience as pleasant as possible and I didn't leave their dealership with a feeling of being taken advantage of. In all the years I had the 2005 model, I brought it to Braeger for tune ups and things of that nature, but I never once had a break down or had it serviced to correct any manufacturing flaws. I would say that it was a very reliable vehicle. I have had the 2016 Equinox for about a month now and I really like it a lot and have no regrets. I have been going to Braeger Chevrolet for twenty years now and I am always treated like a human being there and not ignored like at some dealerships. I will always drive a Chevy and Braeger will always be my Chevy dealer. More

I have known Dennis Carver for the past few years. Dennis was out of town in the Carolina's and Dennis went above and beyond by taking the time to put us in Contact with Bob Howard. Bob arranged for my wife and I to come into the dealership and look at vehicles. The prompt service and response from Dennis and Bob was excellent. When we got there Bob had the vehicles inside for us to inspect. It was really cold that day and this was a real benefit. Bob went above and beyond to make our buying experience comfortable and WARM. Committed To Providing Quality I've bought many cars from dealership's however, I have never been to a dealership that does not have a pushy sales person that just wants the sale un I've bought many cars from dealership's however, I have never been to a dealership that does not have a pushy sales person that just wants the sale untill I walked into Braeger Chevrolet. The response was easy going and felt comfortable. I was introduced to Doug Voigt, sales consultant. He asked a few general questions about what "he" could do for me and after explaining what I was looking for and my budget he pulled up the car I was looking for. After test driving the vehicle and finding a few noises that I was concerned about he talked to his manager who then took the car for a drive. After getting back the car was taken right to service to be look at. It turns out that service was going to replace the rear shocks and the front strut bushings. With that said and the repairs being their responsibility as stated, I bought the car. There was no fuss over them fixing it or and haggling about it. There was total professionalism about making sure I get the car and a totally safe one at that. I told Doug only a couple of times this car was for my daughter and it needed to be safe as it is her first car. He agreed and knew where I was coming from. I cannot say enough about Dog Voigt. He is professional however, he is a sales consultant that many other consultants need to take lessons from! In the short time we talked waiting for service to get back to us he made you feel like you knew him for years. Maybe its just me but, Maybe it was having some of the same common interests? Well, I've never encountered this from a sales consultant. He goes completely out of his way making sure that the customer is satisfied from start to finish. I will recommend Doug Voigt and Braeger Chevrolet to my friends and family. I just hope he is still there in four years when I come looking for my new truck. More
