Although, from the first contact I had with the salesman, Bob Howard those thoughts were quickly put to rest. Bob was extremely friendly and understanding….and didn’t mind the constant emails from my impatient self wanting a constant update. He was always there to give me that update and reassure me that everything was going the way it should be. Bob was able to take my budget and my personal needs and fit them into a car and car payment that he thought was best for me, but never pressured me into feeling like I had to buy anything. Once I was ready to pick up my new Chevy Cruze Bob was able to inform me of all the ins and outs of the car, he was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting me into a new car and making sure I was comfortable with how it works as well. He was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and had even looked up/checked on several things we had discussed when we drove the car so that when we picked it up after we bought it, he was able to address them. We hadn't even asked him to do this, he just did it! Finance was great. They provided information on our options and also gave us information to take home and review. We didn't have to make a quick decision right there. Presentation of the car on the lot was much better than several other dealerships we recently visited and when we picked it up after purchase - everything was perfect. I will definitely check out this dealership next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Nice job Braeger! More
