I was in there for an oil change. It was quick, friendly and decent price. They knew exactly how to service a BMW and compared to other places I've been were able to complete the oil change in far less time and decent price. I normally don't write reviews however the level of help and customer service I received was phenomenal. I was out of town on vacation and started having some engine problems so I brought my SUV in and help and customer service I received was phenomenal. I was out of town on vacation and started having some engine problems so I brought my SUV in and all do the staff was eager to help and beyond friendly. I was greeted immediately and was directed where I should go. When I reached service again, more friendly people. I was a bit nervous that I wasn't going to make it to my vacation spot on time and the service manager Scott H. assured me that they would get it done on time. Knowing how long these issues can take and the possibility that more things could be wrong I wasn't very hopeful. However, I was so wrong! They finished my SUV well before the quoted time and they didn't leave my SUV a mess. Overall, this was the best service experience I've ever had, I feel like Scott and his staff went above and beyond to help me and get me on my way! You guys rock! More

Can get me in around my sch. Will drop me off at work or home when needed.. I just had a flat tire I dropped the tire off on my way to work Scott saw me pull up he came outside and got the tire out for me. home when needed.. I would highly recommend going to Braeger Chevrolet to buy your next Chevy as they don't play games...plain and simple. My wife and I basically bought our 2014 Traverse without ever stepping foot into the buy your next Chevy as they don't play games...plain and simple.
