I just realized I missed a survey regarding Damien, my salesperson from GM because it looked exactly like one I received the day before and he didn’t get his GM bonus because of that. Is there any way HM can send that to me again so I can respond? I would have given him a perfect score as I have on the others. It should have been made clear that it was a different survey .
