I scheduled an appointment online for a 97.5k service checkup and also asked for a leaky tire to be looked at. Appointment was scheduled for 7:40 AM on Monday and I noted that I would drop my car off. checkup and also asked for a leaky tire to be looked at. Appointment was scheduled for 7:40 AM on Monday and I noted that I would drop my car off. So I left my car overnight and left my key in the drop box. I then get a call at 2:30 on Monday saying “my car is ready.” But with no mention of the list of items I asked for. When I asked what the issue with the tire was, the tech I spoke to didn’t know what I was talking about. Turns out that they never even looked at my appointment details and just ASSUMED I dropped my car off for an oil change. When I pressed on the other details, the tech asked me “so when do you want all those items done?” My response: “at 7:40 AM this morning when I originally scheduled my appointment.” And when the car was finally ready at 5:15, I asked if I could receive any additional discounts due to the screwups, and the tech said “don’t push it”. WOW! Wow! So my question: why do I feel like *I* did something wrong here? More

I've been coming to this location for years, not only to purchase vehicles but for service on the vehicles. Typically the price is great and they always work with me. Was able to get Chevy corporate to cove purchase vehicles but for service on the vehicles. Typically the price is great and they always work with me.
