The tech didn't reset the oil life meter. I don't think anyone checked the air in the tires. A 40 percent price hike over the last oil change is unacceptable. More

Resetting the oil life meter and checking the air in the tires is certainly a service we do provide during routine oil changes. If we did not do this on your vehicle, I'd like to apologize and would like to make it right. Please reach out to our Service Manager, Nick Harmon, at 414-817-3375 at your convenience to discuss. We have not raised our oil change prices recently, so maybe there was another service that was performed as well? You can ask Nick about that when you two speak. Sorry about this and I hope you give us a chance to make it right.

I have the receipts from the last two oil changes in front of me. They have the same line items. The one dated 2/28/20 has a sub total of 53.24. The one dated 9/08/20 has a sub total of 73.24. I call that a price increase. What would you call that?
