Scheduled service I made an appointment online for a oil change/tire rotation/and to have my AC looked at since it stopped working. Went in no problems, got my truck ba I made an appointment online for a oil change/tire rotation/and to have my AC looked at since it stopped working. Went in no problems, got my truck back and they said everything was good. I asked what was wrong with my AC and they never looked at it. When you make an appointment online there is a box with 3 yellow arrows pointing towards it asking what other service needs you want, which I indicated. Why have a customer fill out what they want looked at if they don't look at it? Now I am going to make an appointment at a different service center to have it fixed. Oil change/tire rotation was fine. More

I came in for service on my vehicle June 8th, spent close to $2000 thinking what I brought my vehicle in for was getting fixed. It did not get fixed, brought my vehicle in the following week June 16th to get to $2000 thinking what I brought my vehicle in for was getting fixed. It did not get fixed, brought my vehicle in the following week June 16th to get the original part fixed on my car, instead the service department manager did not help only tried making me spend more money than I spent the week before. I am completely dissatisfied with this service department and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone! More
