Veestacker, thank you for providing feedback on your visit with us, and first we would like to sincerely apologize. We can understand how this circumstance would have been a source of frustration for you. There is no excuse for the valve caps not being replaced, or the tires not being filled to our standard. Additionally, there must have been a complication during the service that extended the duration of the replacement. There are other guests being shuttled as well, which amounted to a negative experience for you. This is out of the ordinary for our Service Department, and we hope that we can earn your trust back if you chose to see us for the next service on your vehicle.

Cmg9, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding. We want to apologize for the frustration this led to for you, and clarify; the cost of a diagnostic test done by a technician is covered when the repair is covered by GM, if the repair is not covered by GM, that responsibly of cost falls to the owner of the vehicle. Unfortunately the concern was not related to the issue in the letter you had received, and we had to run the test to determine this. We should have made sure the clarification was understood from the beginning, and for that we want to apologize. We hope that we can earn back your trust if you chose to utilize us for our services in the future.
