First, Scott found me my perfect certified used vehicle. Then, I have always seen Steve and made my appointments thru him. He was moved from the first desk, which I am not happy about but no problem finding him. Any issues with my vehicle, I will come here. This is not the only place I could have regular maintenance done but the cost is about the same and I like seeing my favorite faces. Remarking on a Traverse Owner review, I am a female who keeps a record of everything and anything that I do or have done to my vehicle. Maybe being a "mechanics kid" has something to do with that but I highly recommend this practice. More

Oil change appointment I probably would have gave 5 stars but the service person I interacted with was just good, not great. We started off talking different languages because I said I wanted and scheduled for an oil change and he told me they would rotate the tires also. At first I told him I didn't need the tires rotated but he insisted since it was included. I told him I don't think I need them rotated, namely because I didn't purchase them from the dealership (Costco, sorry) and I get free rotations where I purchased them from. I asked him how often do tires need to be rotated, thinking 7500 miles. He said every oil change, which for my vehicle is 5000 miles. So I was thinking this probably is unnecessary (not sure if there is a price difference if I don't get it done) but it is just easier to agree and move on. After the appointment was done a handout was presented to me with the missing/recommended service. One of them was the spark plugs which I did myself at 93000 miles and I informed him of this but it didn't seem like he cared or entered it into the system. I am sure at the next appointment I will be told the same thing. Also it was recommended to replace transfer case fluid. I am pretty sure this was already done by this dealership and asked him about it, thinking he would look up when it was last done. He did not. I asked how often that service needs to be performed hinting, maybe what I said was important to me and he said every 50k miles without looking it up. I don't keep detailed records about all the service performed on this vehicle but I expect the dealership to and it seems this fell short. Not important but also noted, I think the tech overfilled one of my tires because it is 5 psi higher than the other 3 (verified by tire sensor and manually checking). Resolution would be to make sure the service performed is verified for the customer who is asking (discount on the next service appointment wouldn't be bad either). More

6 hours for 4 tires Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to take me home for what I was told a less than 3 hour job. When I returned, the valve caps hadn’t been replaced, and the tire PSI wasn’t evenly filled on the tires. More

I got a letter from Chevy notifying me that there was an issue with my vehicle and I can bring it in to be serviced free of charge. When I came in, they had my car for two hours, and told me that the code they found was unrelated to what I got a letter about, so therefore I had to pay $100 for the techs time. I told her she did not tell me that on the phone, she said she did. She said she could take off $10. I told her I was very unhappy about the whole situation. She just stared at me. More
