My family has been going to this dealership for service for years now. We have had wonderful service! I was in there for an oil change. It was quick, friendly and decent price. They knew exactly how to service a BMW and compared to other places I've been were able to complete the oil change in far less time and decent price. I normally don't write reviews however the level of help and customer service I received was phenomenal. I was out of town on vacation and started having some engine problems so I brought my SUV in and help and customer service I received was phenomenal. I was out of town on vacation and started having some engine problems so I brought my SUV in and all do the staff was eager to help and beyond friendly. I was greeted immediately and was directed where I should go. When I reached service again, more friendly people. I was a bit nervous that I wasn't going to make it to my vacation spot on time and the service manager Scott H. assured me that they would get it done on time. Knowing how long these issues can take and the possibility that more things could be wrong I wasn't very hopeful. However, I was so wrong! They finished my SUV well before the quoted time and they didn't leave my SUV a mess. Overall, this was the best service experience I've ever had, I feel like Scott and his staff went above and beyond to help me and get me on my way! You guys rock! More

I just had a flat tire I dropped the tire off on my way to work Scott saw me pull up he came outside and got the tire out for me. home when needed.. I came in with a issue with my traction control system in a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. It would have been $100 ded a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. It would have been $100 deductible if I took it somewhere else. The shop didn't have the correct scanner so Craig allowed me to bring it in and he would out source it so I would still only have to pay the $50 deductible. It turned out that there was actually nothing wrong with the traction control system at all. I was just not using it correctly. Craig took the time to look up the traction control system and properly educate me on how to use it. He was very professional through out this whole process and never once got upset with me. Not only that he didn't charge me for the time or the rental that was used in the process of this event, and I got my car back in one day! I am very impressed with Craig and this dealership. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase my next car. More

I had been putting off a front end alignment and tire rotation on my truck, a Ford F350 dually diesel. My experience has been that any type of repair on this vehicle is expensive because it is BIG and ha rotation on my truck, a Ford F350 dually diesel. My experience has been that any type of repair on this vehicle is expensive because it is BIG and hard to work on. I made an appointment at Braeger Ford for this work, but when I brought it in, they said it was too big for them to handle, and they sent me across the street to Braeger Chevy. Scott Hansen took me in right away and said he thought they could handle it. The alignment was tough because it hadn't been done in a long time if ever. There was an extra charge for labor, but it was very minimal, and the charge for the tire rotation was very small for what they did. Scott was helpful, personable, knowledgable, and saved me some money. I would not hesitate to recommend that others see Scott for service or repairs. More
