I visited Lake Chevy to set up an appointment for tire rotation and general check up. Jose said they could do the service immediately if I was willing to wait. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and it saved rotation and general check up. Jose said they could do the service immediately if I was willing to wait. Great customer service received from start to finish. I was happy to receive same day assistance since it was a little later in the afternoon. While my truck remote key was being serviced, there was a co I was happy to receive same day assistance since it was a little later in the afternoon.
