Contacted the dealership & they contacted me back very quickly which was great…… after I showed interest in the car , they asked me to feel out the credit app, the next morning I get a picture of my payme quickly which was great…… after I showed interest in the car , they asked me to feel out the credit app, the next morning I get a picture of my payment options, no phone call or nothing. I called and left the salesman a voicemail to call and explain to me all the multiple fees that had been added to the sale of the car. He did not return my call and to this day the multiple ppl I emailed including the salesman & customer relations person have not replied to my email. Clearly, they were not interested in selling a car or maybe just not selling one to me. More

I came in for a ram 2500 because I heard there was a 684 day inventory. They only had much higher priced models with diesel engines. They tried to get me in one from another dealer that they could not ge day inventory. They only had much higher priced models with diesel engines. They tried to get me in one from another dealer that they could not get in touch with. I settled on a ram 1500 classic as a great truck that would I could pay off quick. I found that same 4x4 that I was looking at with a super sweet ram discount and a dealer incentive to boot and we were off to the races. I am so glad I got such a great deal and super thrilled with a fabulous ride for a reasonable price. Thanks guys More

Overall, it was a good experience, salesman was great. The delay from the moment we agreed on a price to the time I could actually leave was horrible. As I said, the salesman was fine, not issues there and even the management were easy to deal with, but the delay in leaving put me right off. I left unsettled and feeling like I never wanted to go back. I can't remember any names so I was generic in my rating of them below. More
