I called Jerry about seeing a truck on Friday, Saturday morning I got there and he told me that it was sold Friday evening, but he told me about another one that might interest me, he took me out back and morning I got there and he told me that it was sold Friday evening, but he told me about another one that might interest me, he took me out back and showed me a nice 4x4 which I wasn't expecting, after we talked about it I test drove it we talked about the other trucks he had on the lot and showed me prices and the more I sat in this one and the extremely lows miles on it, I decided this was the one I wanted, He was extremely helpful with the deal and I didn't seem pressured into the purchase, I plan on sending anyone that asks me about my experience to see him. If I had the option to give a zero i would. The following are facts: I put a $1000 deposit on a vehicle. I drove 3 hours to pick it up. They started upselling me. I told them I wasn't interested in anything but the car. The salesperson called in the sales manager who came and literally said he wasn't going to sell the car for the price unless we purchased the items they were trying to upsell us. I told him I wasn't interested in spending over $5k more. He attempted to intimidate me by stating i will lose my deposit. I told him to go ahead and keep the deposit. They ended up selling me the car. Their 2k reconditioning fee that I had to pay is literally for a detail job. The car wasn't recónditioned at all. It had a wrong tire and was missing the EV Charger it is supposed to have. They promised to refund me when I purchased the correct tire. They never did! It's been almost 2 months. These employees literally act unprofessionally and do their jobs like teenagers. If the owner of this place is aware, I feel for them. This is a dealer that only cares about money and doesn't treat clients with respect or with professionalism. They don't care about people. Don't buy there unless you want to go through the same experience I went through. Only person that was an exception was Fernando our salesman. More
