They worked hard to get our payments where we could afford them, but then the payment went up $20 a month which doesn’t seem like a lot, but after my husbands credit was ran which he has good credit, t afford them, but then the payment went up $20 a month which doesn’t seem like a lot, but after my husbands credit was ran which he has good credit, then they tell us it is $20 more a month. We also have some scratches on our jeep before we signed paperwork which we did not know about, nor did they that I am aware, the sales guy said the manager said the dealership would fix them, but my husband is the type that wants to speak to the manager directly about issues. I told the sales guy which he went and told the manager and the manager didn’t come out to talk to my husband. Instead he sends him out with a paper signed off showing fix scratches, add hitch. Although the manager was really nice over the phone, helpful by trying to get out payments where we needed them, I feel like our payments should have stayed where he calculated them before the application was ran and not be told after it has already been done payments are more. To show customers you stand behind your word and appreciate them I feel like he could of at least come out and spoken to my husband about the scratches he found to see the problem and given him the paperwork signed off on to explain what it was. As far as the sales guy I feel he did a great job. He addressed every issue by telling the appropriate person, so no complaints there. More
