My wife and I went to have her new 2013 Prius serviced at the dealer and while we were there I was looking around the dealership. I was met by Carol when I was looking at a 2011 Camero. I had a 2010 Dodge Ch the dealer and while we were there I was looking around the dealership. I was met by Carol when I was looking at a 2011 Camero. I had a 2010 Dodge Charger SXT, but I have always been a fan of the Ford Mustang. During our time talking she told me that she had a used mustang that was in great shape, so I decided I would take a look. I didn't care for the mustang that was used and she offered to take me to the Ford dealership to work with one of their sales persons. Unfortunately, I cannot stand the treatment from the sales department that I have had in the past and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Carol and Kevin (the sales manager) worked it out where she would stay with me if I chose to purchase a mustang, new or used. After a fun test drive and Carol's overall sweetness she had me hooked on a new 2014 Ford Mustang. I can honestly say that if Carol would not have been the sales associate that approached me I would still be driving my Dodge Charger. Thank you Carol for your honesty, friendliness, and overall professionalism. I even referred my daughter to Carol for her recent purchase of a Mazda 2. She loves it!! Again, I cannot say enough about Carol, but if the Ford Dealership wants some advice, hire staff that are like Carol! She knows how to sale and treat people through the process!!! Thanks Carol. More

I had a very good experience at Roundtree Moore Toyota. Carol WItt is doing a great job and was not pressuring me when making a major decision and for that I commend her! She deserves Kudo's. The customer service, friendless, quality of work and my overall experience was great! As for pricing, I was not aware of the internet pricing and have made a call to see about honoring it. It is not fair for someone who does not have a computer to look these things up and was not brought to my attention by the sales manager. I feel that they need to honor that price. I purchased the extended warranty and the GAP insurance to protect my investment I feel that they could/should honor the internet pricing. Again, Thank you Carol Witt for great customer service and making my major decision stress free! More

Within 24 hours we were contacted by Gene Neleson who provided a very competitive price for the vehicle we were looking at but went the extra mile to understand the exact features and options we needed. He then searched all Toyota dealer inventories (and ever vehicles in transit) to find the exact model and options we wanted, provided a very competitive price, and gave us time to make a decision.
