I was impressed with Jordan. He was very professional & easy to work with. Not impressed with other team members who didn’t want to help as they were not the sale person. I feel the price I paid could have been better as it was my 3rd brand new vehicle from your store. Also, when I went to pick up my license plates I asked if someone could put them on. The man spent more time getting Jordan to do it than doing it himself. The lady behind the front desk was beyond rude. Not at all impressed! More

Bought a 2031 Ford Explorer ST that ha a smoking smell. The smell went saw after a week, but then it had a burning smell. Brought in in and the tech isolated to the turbo charger was leaking oil onto the manifold. They contacted Kimber Creek Ford and they verified that was the problem. Lake Country arranged the repairs through Kimber Creek and it was repaired under warranty. They found the problem, verified the problem and had the problem fixed. Great job More
