This was my first time purchasing from LCT and Rande was very easy to work with throughout this process and my wife and I are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. Vehicle purchases are a stressful proc very easy to work with throughout this process and my wife and I are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. Vehicle purchases are a stressful process but Rande made this very carefree which is why we decided to make the drive from the cities to see this car. Post purchase I was notified that there was only one key for the vehicle which came as a major blow but Rande and Tyler worked with me to get this replaced so we weren't left high and dry. My wife and I will definitely return to LCT in the future when her vehicle needs to be replaced! More

However the time management of the transaction was irritating, I waited over an hour with three kids to sign and pick up which was arranged in advance; the brakes squeal a lot; there was a mistake with loan payoff they weren't approachable with; spotty communication. If I could go back in time, I'd probably have went south to buy a vehicle from elsewhere instead of setting for one with a transaction process that could use improvement. More
