I was very satisfied with my oil change. Totally awesome! We've been putting off getting a new or different car for months, but finally, Zach knew what we were looking for and found this for us. He delivered We've been putting off getting a new or different car for months, but finally, Zach knew what we were looking for and found this for us. He delivered it over two hours drive away. Then he went through it with us as this Ford Escape SE was way fancier than anything we've owned so there was a lot we didn't know. Zach explained everything thoroughly to each of us so we'd understand all the things new to us. All the paperwork was in order and we promptly signed and became new owners of this awesome vehicle. Zach is very knowledgeable and professional and we can't thank him and his staff enough as we're tickled pink. We love it! Thanks, Zach and Lake Ford! More
