The work needed was a recall repair/ins Even though it's a bit further away, I chose Lake Ford due to recent service issues with my local dealership. The work needed was a recall repair/inspection and a full service (The Works) oil change. Lake was able to get me in the day after I contacted them which was a plus. The 'comfort' of the dealership and waiting area is great...clean, comfortable and inviting. The dealership performed the work in a competent manner other than not washing my vehicle even though I'd requested it when I arrived and arranged for the service. After pointing out the error, the scheduler had the service tech wash my truck. Slight oversight but it is the details the differentiate one service provider from another. More

I took my truck for an oil change, a tire rotation and a recall from factory. After waiting for an hour and a half (Estimated time) my name was called to pick up my truck only to find out they did not compl recall from factory. After waiting for an hour and a half (Estimated time) my name was called to pick up my truck only to find out they did not complete the tire rotation which was one of the main reasons for coming into the dealership. I am very disappointed about how this dealership operates and the customer service. More
