Grease oil filter, Tire rotation, recall work Jim Bramel is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is straight to the point and when he says a time your vehicle will be ready, he means it. If it's a ride home he arranges it, if I ask him to look into something other than what I'm having my vehicle serviced for he gets me an answer. Poor repair and service. The problem to the car was not completely fixed at Lake Ford. It finally got resolved in St Louis. We were told by Lake Ford not to drive the car. So The problem to the car was not completely fixed at Lake Ford. It finally got resolved in St Louis. We were told by Lake Ford not to drive the car. So we could not get the car from St Louis back to Lake Ford. The most Lake Ford would do for us, is offer my son a free oil change. What my son was looking for, was just to be reimbursed the fee for the Ford Company in St Louis to do the test on the car. This way they could fix what Lake Ford missed. Again all Lake Ford offered was him to come from St Louis to get a free oil change. More

Oil change and broken cup holder Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Also had an issue with a cup holder after only owning the used 2018 Expedition for less than 6 months.
