"No Loaners" The service center feels like going to a spa for your car. You drive up and someone comes running out to greet you. The waiting room is more like a hotel lobby, in a good way. Complimentary soda, water and coffee all make the experience more enjoyable. But atlas, I digress. I booked online and requested a loaner. For you see, the appointment for the oil change and tire rotation was during the day and I unfortunately am not a senator's son and am forced to work nearly 8 hours a day. When I arrived and inquired about the loaner, the response I received? "No Loaners Today" ... So I wait. Was it a big deal? No. But with so many options and ways to communicate to me via text, phone, email, postcard snailmail, fax, telegraph, or simply yelling at me while I drive by, ONE might think I could get a head's up so I can plan accordingly. Next time - send a note. "No Loaner For You!!" More
