It was easy and awesome! I bought my 2014 Taurus (1 year old) in 2015 from Braeger Ford. My salesman was awesome and when I had some concerns about the vehicle, both he and th I bought my 2014 Taurus (1 year old) in 2015 from Braeger Ford. My salesman was awesome and when I had some concerns about the vehicle, both he and the service department worked together to fix the problems to my satisfaction. I bought an extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle and have felt that it has been a very good benefit that was offered. Nothing is perfect, but the way an issue is handled makes all the difference. In my opinion, Braeger Ford has done an excellent job from point of sale to the present. Great people-great service! I started going to Braeger because it is close to my work. My first impression of the service personnel was outstanding..then the service and follow-u I started going to Braeger because it is close to my work. My first impression of the service personnel was outstanding..then the service and follow-up was outstanding. I am now recognized when I walk in, friendly conversation, efficient service and recommendations are made but never presented as “you really should...” I have two vehicles, they take care of my older Lincoln because my newer Escape has service agreements where I purchased it. I’m loyal to both dealers really because of the amazing way I’m valued. I just might consider trying out the sales team when the time comes, but loyalty creates a challenge. Ha! Thanks to Craig and Caleb for the best service and treating my like I am their best customer ever. It makes for such a pleasant experience. I also love the ease of online appointments. Thanks! More

Our Ford Escape purchase After looking at a variety of cars, we came back to Braeger Ford to purchase our 2018 Ford Escape. Zack did a great job explaining the new features on the car. (we traded in a 12 year old car and had some catching up to do.) He was very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain things. Also, Matt was helpful and took time to explain the steps of the purchase process. Actually fixed the problems! Another local Ford dealer couldn't even get me in for over 3 weeks! That's crazy! Braeger had openings anytime I wanted. The other local Ford dealer also couldn't correctly diagnose the root cause of my problems and Braeger had it all fixed in a few hours. The other local Ford dealer doesn't offer any Service Rewards program. Braeger does. I'll be using Braeger as my dealer of choice going forward. More
