We we're pleasantly surprised with the great selection of nice, used trucks they had on the lot as well as the prices being competitive! We were told some of the "typical" salesman tactics, but in the end, the truck and what it was priced at, was too good to pass up. Our sales guy, Nick even gave us a gift card for lunch because we made a special trip down to complete the sale by the end of the month. I took my time buying it and told him at one point I needed to sleep on it one more night. He understood and gave me time to make my final decision.
