They gave me a great trade in valu After comparison shopping at other Ford dealerships in the area, Fred Timm at Braeger Ford clearly rose to the top. They gave me a great trade in value for my then 2016 Ford Fusion S and offered me a deal on a new 2017 Ford Fusion SE. The Fusion SE that I was originally looking at was sold. That was my fault for not jumping on a screaming good deal. Fred was able to find me a comparable car in Iowa, got it shipped in and we closed the deal. This type of approach is what will bring me back here in the future. The staff at Braeger does not insult your intelligence like some other Ford dealerships. I have already referred a co-worker to them. He is looking for a new F-150. More

SATURDAY SURPRISE I had brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for a recall and to have the front seat checked. As I was waiting, I was approached by Eric Van Beck, salesman, I had brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for a recall and to have the front seat checked. As I was waiting, I was approached by Eric Van Beck, salesman, about my inquiry earlier about purchasing a new Escape. The deal was made in probably less than 45 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the process, and I never felt stressed during the negotiation and the purchase of the vehicle. All of the Braeger employees were very positive. Great Experience with Santiago and Nick Santiago was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was so comfortable with him and he is so laidback. It was like talking to an old friend.
