People were friendly and helpful WITHOUT being pushy. The dealership itself was really nice and spotless. You see that and it gives you confidence that they treat there cars the same way. I really enjoyed working with Josh. If you go there seek him out. He answered all my questions on the car and never pressured me. I took my time buying it and told him at one point I needed to sleep on it one more night. He understood and gave me time to make my final decision. They gave me a great trade in valu After comparison shopping at other Ford dealerships in the area, Fred Timm at Braeger Ford clearly rose to the top. They gave me a great trade in value for my then 2016 Ford Fusion S and offered me a deal on a new 2017 Ford Fusion SE. The Fusion SE that I was originally looking at was sold. That was my fault for not jumping on a screaming good deal. Fred was able to find me a comparable car in Iowa, got it shipped in and we closed the deal. This type of approach is what will bring me back here in the future. The staff at Braeger does not insult your intelligence like some other Ford dealerships. I have already referred a co-worker to them. He is looking for a new F-150. More
