It was worth my trip to buy from Nick at Braeger Ford. I had a good shopping experience with Nick and the rest of the Braeger team. I have been shopping around for a pre-owned Ford Flex and Braeger had the car that I desired. I drove 85 miles each direction to purchase the car. I did it because Braeger was offering the same model car with the same miles near me for a lot better price. Nick was very helpful with all the phone call I did with him and gave me a respectful price on my trade in. The one issue I had is that there was a deep scratch that I need fixing but the body shop was closed that evening when I was there. Nick did his best on buffing it out but I had to make another trip back. He was nice enough to take care of me on my return and filled my tank for me. I would definitely buy another car from Nick. More

Fred Timm is the Best!!!! I loved my experience with Braeger Ford. Fred Timm was patient and understanding when I purchased my 2012 Mazda 5. It was not "complete" meaning there were a few issues with my car not having the proper equipment/parts missing/soiled areas on car. He promised to make it right and did. The only reason I am giving a 4 star on the quality of work is that my rear taillight was broken as the mechanics pulled my car out of the shop floor, but Rudy told me right away, not trying to hide anything, and had it fixed right away.......
