Fred Timm is the Best!!!! I loved my experience with Braeger Ford. Fred Timm was patient and understanding when I purchased my 2012 Mazda 5. It was not "complete" meaning th I loved my experience with Braeger Ford. Fred Timm was patient and understanding when I purchased my 2012 Mazda 5. It was not "complete" meaning there were a few issues with my car not having the proper equipment/parts missing/soiled areas on car. He promised to make it right and did. The only reason I am giving a 4 star on the quality of work is that my rear taillight was broken as the mechanics pulled my car out of the shop floor, but Rudy told me right away, not trying to hide anything, and had it fixed right away....... I was able to work out a deal with Dan, including a fair trade-in price for my vehicle even though they hadn't seen it.
