Great Experience! Dale took the time to punch the numbers to make sure that he could find something that would fit my budget. Extremely Accomodating Salesrep ! I'll never forget the day of our new car purchase. We had just returned back from vacation. Suitcases unpacked, pouring rain, not a day you would wa I'll never forget the day of our new car purchase. We had just returned back from vacation. Suitcases unpacked, pouring rain, not a day you would want to go and purchase a car. So, Dale Hirt made the purchase easy by bringing all the papers to our HOME ! Time was of essence since the featured rebate was expiring that day. Though the plan was for this car to be mine, since I picked it, guess who drives it everyday, my husband ! LOL Dale continues to go the extra mile every time my husband stops in for a car wash, though at the time we are not in the market for another new vehicle. So, it is about ongoing great customer service that will have us coming back for our next car. Thanks ! More

Great to work with Dale went above and beyond what I consider a great sales rep. Not living near the dealership but, willing to travel to get the vehicle and deal I want Dale went above and beyond what I consider a great sales rep. Not living near the dealership but, willing to travel to get the vehicle and deal I wanted was important. He offered to meet me halfway since my schedule just didn't allow for a lot of face time at the dealership. These gestures are what keep people returning as customers.
