First Time Car Buyer I personally really liked coming to Braeger Ford, and working with Rik Emerick to purchase my first car. I had a lot of doubts and fears about "jumpin I personally really liked coming to Braeger Ford, and working with Rik Emerick to purchase my first car. I had a lot of doubts and fears about "jumping in" and he was very supportive, available, patient, understanding, and helped me to make the the right choices along the way. I had a lot of confusion with my old car with the title not being in my name while trying to trade it in for a new one, and we were able to make the transaction smoothly despite obstacles like this. I am very happy with my new car, and I do not regret the purchase at all. When looking at other dealerships at the same vehicle, same year, mileage, and the same package, I found that Braeger Ford had the best price for what I wanted. I will be back in the future when it is time to trade up. Thank you Rik, finance workers, and Braeger Ford! More

Ryan heine I was searching somewhat specifically for the car I wanted. There was one I had seen online and couldn't find myself on lot, when I went inside to ask I was searching somewhat specifically for the car I wanted. There was one I had seen online and couldn't find myself on lot, when I went inside to ask Ryan was the sales associate that helped me. He went out of his way to not only find the vehicle I was looking for hiding elsewhere on the lot, he got the ball rolling right away to ensure I was able to obtain the vehicle and obtain it as soon as possible, especially when it was a hot commodity with many others previewing it as well. I hope to work with Ryan again in future when I am in market myself and will certainly mention him when people ask me for suggestions on where to look for a vehicle. More
