30,000 Mile Service When I called Braeger Ford to set up my service appointment, Brad Ory was curteous and got me scheduled right away. As I arrived to the service dept. When I called Braeger Ford to set up my service appointment, Brad Ory was curteous and got me scheduled right away. As I arrived to the service dept. I was greeted and directed to Brad immediately. He explained to me all of the service points tha the would be carried out as part of my 30,000 mile service and what the cost would be. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly, very positive and professional. I was then directed to the courtesy shuttle and they got me to work on time. During my visit I pointed out that my front brakes were experiencing a random noise, and Brad was right on making sure that the techncian would make a thorough inspection. Upon that inspection Brad then provide me with a follow up call giving the the result of the inspection and assured me that the breaks were operation exactly the way that they should and were 100% safe. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit to Braeger Ford and I will definitely return as service or repairs are needed. Brager Ford met all of my expectations. More

LOVE Dave Barth Dave made the experience as wonderful as it was. Our list of criteria was long, our demand for price lower than average, our need for reliability (es Dave made the experience as wonderful as it was. Our list of criteria was long, our demand for price lower than average, our need for reliability (especially with 3 kids - yikes) an ABSOLUTE MUST, and yet our strong desire for luxury (vain as it is). Dave made it all happen. We looked at 6 different style vehicles (a Focus, a Fusion, even a Honda) and finally the car of our dreams, a fully loaded Ford Taurus which was just turned in and being used as a demo (sorry Chris). One look we knew it was what we wanted. One drive - Dave knew we were taking it, so he had to negotiate with his manager and get finance rolling. With 2 teenagers on the Autism spectrum, spending 'quality' time in a car dealership is not an option for us. Dave knew it and took extra efforts to making sure our family needs were not sacrificed in any way. Did we enjoy our business with Braeger Ford? Best experience by far After weeks of no luck with finding a good used car I decided to jump on auto trader and find me something suitable for my needs. Once I found the car After weeks of no luck with finding a good used car I decided to jump on auto trader and find me something suitable for my needs. Once I found the car I was interested in I made contact with Nick Sigel who helped me with all the preliminary information I needed before walking into the dealership and he made time for me to not only test drive the car but also for me to have it checked by my personal mechanic. He never was pushy or demanding or trying to force the sale on me and was able to get me squared away in a reasonable amount of time. It was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had and will look forward to doing business with Braeger and Nick in the future. More
