Jeff Windpassinger handled the repair details and got the OK from Nick Burkee to do the repair for just small deductible. Overall, I have had a great experience with Braeger and recommend them to anyone! More

He did not hesitate to get the car ready to be taken for a test drive. He was very honest, and I felt as though he could inform me that much more about the car because he had first hand experience. I was contemplating trying to sell my car on my own, but he was very patient in talking to his managers to see what we could do about trading it in. We all worked together, and we came up with an agreement that worked for all of us. Even though I was taking Nick’s car, he had a smile on his face the whole time he was helping us. When it came to financing, Michelle Higgins was wonderful. She was very informative, patient, and was able to answer any questions we had. Most people dread shopping for cars, but if you go to Braeger, you won’t have to worry about that! I have already been telling people about Braeger! More

I will never purchase another car from this dealership and advise others to do the same, if people want to save money and be helped with car troubles when needed, than I will advise them NOT to go to Ford Braeger. It may seem like I am upset. But I am not because I should have seen this coming when dealing with this dealership. My car was purchased with completely bald tires and deflates after driving. I have only owned this car for 3 months. With barely any driving and miles added on. If The Tires were good and passed inspection before I purchased it than why are the tires so dangerous after only 3 months. After I fill the Tires up to 44 PSI, after a week all 4 tires will be down to 20 PSI. There are no holes in the tires. This is extremely dangerous depending on weather. There were also a couple other things that were going wrong with the car after a couple weeks of ownership. I Thank You Ford for allowing me not to make the mistake of buying another car from your dealership in the future. I will be going to Nissan for now my future purchases. More
