I am a 72 year old man who has bought many of cars in my days, but truthfully can say this was the best experience I ever had in purchasing a new car. It started from a bright young salesman named John Stud days, but truthfully can say this was the best experience I ever had in purchasing a new car. It started from a bright young salesman named John Studt thru a great sales manager named Dan Baumann and ending up with a equally great finance manager named Heather Kruse with an occassional good laugh with Dan McKnight who I dubbed Justin Beaver. What was originally just a casual visit to the show room to show my wife a possible new car buy ended up 3 hours later with a purchase of a new Ford Escape and it couldn't have more enjoyable. My experience buying a used 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Braeger Ford was excellent. First off the price of the vehicle was very competitive. Secondly the entire staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying experience from when I first called for an appointment, through the test drive and negotiations, during the paperwork and at the final delivery. What really pushed the experience over the top for me was the length that Chad & Braeger went to when resolving an issue with the vehicle not having a second set of keys. Not only did they make every effort to get a second set of keys (calling the previous owner and trying to get a set reprogrammed at Toyota) but when this failed, they were willing to discount the car by half the price of the new keys. This was an unexpected but very welcome gesture. I left the buying experience feeling appreciated as a customer and will be recommending Braeger to all my friends and family. More

Our experience with Nick was quite enjoyable. He was not able to find the exact vehicle that we wanted, so he suggested that we just order it direct from the factory. This way we were able to get exactly w able to find the exact vehicle that we wanted, so he suggested that we just order it direct from the factory. When we picked up our vehicle Nick made sure that we were familiar with everything befor we drove home. Nick even set up our Sync system so we were immediatly use our cell phone hands free. By the time we got home we were already getting much better mileage than we had gotten with our last two Dodge Ram gas guzzlers. More
