Service experience The body work done on my car looks great. I was disappointed that it took longer to get the car back. than the estimated time of two weeks. What was The body work done on my car looks great. I was disappointed that it took longer to get the car back. than the estimated time of two weeks. What was more disappointing was that it was given back to me with an obvious wheel noise that indicated a wheel bearing problem. This was recognized immediately by my brother who took it for a test drive at my request. He drove it the same day I got the car back. That necessitated bringing the car back the next day for repair and further delay. It is for this reason I could only give a three star rating. More

Car wouldn't start Packed and ready to pick up my friends for our annual girls weekend and my car wouldn’t start. Called Lake Ford service department and was given a num Packed and ready to pick up my friends for our annual girls weekend and my car wouldn’t start. Called Lake Ford service department and was given a number to call to have it towed. I was very frustrated with the automated towing number as I was not at the location my car was and couldn’t get a representative on the line. I called Eric VanBeck who sold me the car and he graciously took over from there. Of course my car started when it got to the dealer. Kept the car for a few days to further diagnose and found it to be the battery. My car has been running fine ever since. More

Service writer chad Chad was a great person to work with. He was very helpful and get me a loaner car to use while my car was in for repair. He would call every week to n Chad was a great person to work with. He was very helpful and get me a loaner car to use while my car was in for repair. He would call every week to notify me of my repairs when they would be done when the parts would be coming in. If I had to work with anybody again and definitely will go back to him.
