Good service, but not family-friendly with small kids I have always been very happy with Braeger’s service department. All of the employees are very friendly, punctual, and provide excellent service. However, now that I am usually there with my daughter, I was disappointed to see their restrooms do not have drop down changing tables. Since I wait for the work to be done, and have my 9 month old with me, this makes for an unfortunate situation come diaper change time. My choices were to either change her on the bathroom floor or try to balance her on the counter, which is not very safe because she could easily roll off. I found the fact they don’t have the tables to be very surprising, since the dealership has clearly been remodeled recently. More

Chad has since been my service guy and he is concerned and listens to my concerns then addresses them without me making me feel like I hate here if I get out i won’t be back.... everyone so far in service is approachable and customer friendly....not like sales.
