Please know that it’s never our intention to delay or misguide customers, especially when it comes to time sensitive warranty coverage. Our goal is always to diagnose issues thoroughly and prioritize repairs based on what the symptoms point to. If we failed to communicate clearly or misprioritized along the way, we sincerely apologize. As for the TCM warranty concern, warranty policies and timelines are strict, and while we do our best to advocate for our customers, we are still bound by warranty guidelines. That said, we absolutely should have done a better job keeping you informed and working with you toward a better outcome. We understand your frustration and regret that this experience has left you with such a negative impression.
