Luis was the first person that ever asked me if I wanted to use my loyalty money. I totally forgot it existed. Not sure if it a regular thing, the technician did not top off my coolant. My son looked it up to use my loyalty money. I totally forgot it existed. Not sure if it a regular thing, the technician did not top off my coolant. My son looked it up and my car doesn't take universal coolant from a store. Reservoir is low. More

I’ve been out in a loaner for two weeks for them to tell me the job is almost done only to be told they aren’t fixing my issue, this past week I had my truck there and they were not able to fix my issue but me the job is almost done only to be told they aren’t fixing my issue, this past week I had my truck there and they were not able to fix my issue but still charged me a diagnostic fee.
