Recall for catalytic converter The first time we brought the car in we thought it would be ready by 4PM. I guess they forgot about it. We had to pickup the car as my wife needed it The first time we brought the car in we thought it would be ready by 4PM. I guess they forgot about it. We had to pickup the car as my wife needed it and had to bring it back another day. They did the recall, but forgot a part so the car made grinding and banging NOISES for a week. We took it back and they fixed it properly. We also had a new battery installed and we thought they would give us a discount - but no. Vry disappointed about all that as we've bought 3 vehicles from them over the years. I was thinking on buying a new truck to replace my exceptional Dodge Ram 1500 that I have had for 15 years with no major problems.But now I wonder about the training and skills of the technicians and management. Quick Service Walk In I walked in to ask about a recall I received. I just had one done and the one that came in the mail sounded like the one I just had done. For some rea I walked in to ask about a recall I received. I just had one done and the one that came in the mail sounded like the one I just had done. For some reason, it was a duplicate and the service writer told me, and trashed it. While there I asked if it was possible for an oil change. He checked with his technicians and said they could do it while I waited. I thought I would have to get an appointment so I was glad about that. Yes, there are quick oil change places but I like to keep a record of my service with the dealership because that increases the value of your vehicle when it's time to trade. I was out in no time after having free hot chocolate. What more could a person ask for? More
