When you call and yell to everyone and don't listen, there is an issue! You purchased a transmission for your 2004 ram. The transmission came with a 3/36 warranty. The transmission was defective and that is unfortunate. We then assist you with the warranty to get your vehicle fixed. The company you have your vehicle with wants to charge you more in labor is your real issue. We reviewed and assisted you with your warranty company. I was only rude when you consistently loud to me and my Service Director and then I told you we wouldn't assist anymore. Those are the Facts, and we wish you the best in getting your truck fixed.

When you get your facts straight they you can comment. But if you feel that your so important, Mark Williams, hope I spelled that right. I will gladly put all the pictures on the internet of the fabulous job that was completed at your dealership. To be completely transparent yes I have yelled several times at your service director. Here are the facts. Lake keowee purchased a transmission for my dodge. Lake keowee never stated where it came from. Lake keowee stated the warranty was 3 years unlimited miles including all parts and all labor, not some. Lake keowee installed the transmission without all the supplied and paid for parts according and verified by the transmission company not me. Which by the way you commented on the very same photo that I supplied to you instead of verifying the information. Lake keowee charged me more in labor then the current dodge dealer is charging for now the replacement. Lake keowee stated it was my responsibility to start the claim, when that didn’t work I had to contact lake keowee again that time it was stated the new dealership had to start the claim with no information when that didn’t work. I had to call again to get the information where the transmission lake keowee purchased and call them direct and two stores and the corporate office stated lake keowee had to start the claim. I had to call again to lake keowee, again told it was my responsibility then yes I screamed and finally lake keowee started to apparently help. Then Lake keowee somehow gave the incorrect mileage for the warranty so the transmission company questioned the claim which I again had to verify. Lake keowee refused to come get my truck or pay for the transport back to lake keowee for the repair, lake keowee said to take it to another dodge dealer so they would take care of it. I asked several times to speak to you directly about this with one call back after three weeks. That one call back from you never left a message I had to call again to lake keowee to verify your number and I left you a message without any return call. So this issue has existed since February 21st it’s now April 7th still with no resolution and I have to pay another $1300 to get a replacement transmission after paying you for a transmission that you purchased that lasted 11 hours. By the way the transmission company is sending a new transmission but refuse to pay any labor for the replacement because they determined lake keowee didn’t install it properly. It sounds like the issue is with them not me if you feel you did everything right. But instead of making an attempt to make this right your ego gets hurt and can’t understand why I got loud and you chose to curse at me and refuse to do the right thing. I don’t need to comment on your lack of customer service or ethics. Im.sure the people reading this will make there own opinion. You told me to never call there again so instead of handling this privately this seems to be the forum you want to discuss this on. So if there’s anything else you would like to discuss or would like to talk about facts we can. Please if you believe your not at fault from any involvement we can let everyone on the internet decide. Maybe I’m the crazy one or should except that customer service is truly dead. The only mistake I made is I should have read all the other one star comments about the service at lake keowee.

Not sure if you understand posting the same thing three times doesn’t make it better. Maybe thats how you came to over 1000, not sure. Again it was your job to start the claim. I’m not saying it was, the transmission company you ordered it from said it was. It took me screaming to do it. Again if you feel you done everything above and beyond, well in the service industry to give you a clue how well you done is decided by two things. Dependability. That clearly hasn’t happened and customer perception. Don’t think I need to comment there. But if your ego helps you sleep at night because taking advantage of people surely doesn’t bother you. If the pictures I sent bother you so much please come take your own. Again I didn’t say you didn’t do your job. The transmission company did. I was trying to help you boss, once all the other pictures hit the net please you can comment on them also. Also exclamation points don’t help make you right on reviews it’s still a zero.
