I recently purchased a used 2009 Volvo S40 from this dealership. I wanted to take a moment to say that Steve provided a level of professionalism rarely seen in the automotive business today. Steve's att dealership. I wanted to take a moment to say that Steve provided a level of professionalism rarely seen in the automotive business today. Steve's attention to detail during the test drive was the most comprehensive that I have ever experienced. Steve, opened every door, hood and glove compartment and provided a level of education as to what a buyer should be aware of when purchasing a used car. Since our purchase several weeks ago, Steve has followed up several times to ensure the car is performing to our satisfaction and to express his gratitude for allowing him and the dealership to assist us with this purchase. In fact, Steve has followed up more after the sale of this used 2009 Volvo than another dealership has on my recent purchase of a 2011 Infiniti G25!!!! In short, the next time I am in the market for a car (new or used) I will be reaching out to Steve and Lake Norman Infiniti. More
Superior service here. Every person I worked with was personable and friendly. They covered a variety of options for financial payments which made things a lot easier to figure out on my end. personable and friendly. My father made his career in car sales in Michigan. Needless to say I have VERY high expectations for service, transparency and professionalism when considering purchasing a new vehicle. The honest, Needless to say I have VERY high expectations for service, transparency and professionalism when considering purchasing a new vehicle. The honest, no pressure, respectful way in which I was treated at LKN Infiniti has made me a client for life. I worked directly with Matias Gorostiaga in sales, Mike McKenna in financing and had the opportunity to meet with Rick Zoerb, the dealership owner. All of the men were so very professional, accommodating and kind. I purchased a new EX35. In the second month of my ownership it was totaled in a dangerous collision by a negligent driver. The very next day (a Sunday) Matias picked me up at my home and allowed me to drive another EX35 until the insurance issues were straightened out. All of the people in the dealership were my advocates from the purchase of my first EX35 to the purchase of my second EX35 just two months later. The service that I have received has been unparalleled. I have (and will continue) to recommend Lake Norman Infiniti to family, friends, colleagues, anyone that will listen. The EX35 saved my life and everyone at the dealership made my transactions smooth, painless, expedient and a joyous occassion. More
LAKE NORMAN INFINITI has the WORST customer service of any car dealership we have EVER experienced. They don't return phone calls, have lost items from our car and now are asking us to pay for new ones. any car dealership we have EVER experienced. We bought a 2011 QX56 in June 2011. While installing a toddler car seat we left the head rest at the dealership. When we got home and realized that we left the head rest, we called the dealership and spok toddler car seat we left the head rest at the dealership. When we got home and realized that we left the head rest, we called the dealership and spoke with Keith (Sales) who told us he had it and would hold it for us until we came in to have the car serviced. A few days before bringing the car in for service I called the Service Manager (Victor) to give him a head's up that I would be in and wanted to make sure he had the headrest. He never returned my call. I now know the dealership lost the headrest and they insist we are responsible for purchasing another one ( which by the way costs $750). This was elevated to the owner and he is standing by his decision to have us pay for a new headrest. Bottom line: No one here can be trusted. I would never recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Our Salesman, Larry, did a great job with us. He took his time and showed us all of the G37 convertibles and explained the differences between the vehicles they had in stock. Larry made several recommend his time and showed us all of the G37 convertibles and explained the differences between the vehicles they had in stock. Larry made several recommendations to us about the different options available and provided his own personal experience with each. I felt very comfortable with our decision in that we had been presented with a lot of information about the car. We were very clear about our expectations in regards to price and the delearship was very eager to to make the deal exceptable to us. After buying the car, Larry has been very accessable to us. He's offered to continue to explain things to us as this car has tons of gadgets. He has also offered to assist us with scheduling future service appointments. As a former Lexus owner, I was worried that the level of service at Infinity would not be as good. So far, I am really happy with Infinity and they have matched the level I enjoyed at the Lexus dealership. More
Be sure to get everything that is promised in writing before you buy. While my salesperson was very nice and seemed to be an honest and good person, the financial manager, Michael McKenna was the opposi before you buy. While my salesperson was very nice and seemed to be an honest and good person, the financial manager, Michael McKenna was the opposite. I paid cash for a barely used vehicle and was told repeatedly by Michael McKenna that I was so fortunate that this car came with a warranty that included a year of "all maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, etc". He also said, more than twice, that the car came with "a three year warranty that included regularly scheduled maintenance". I was told that I would receive the title and warranty info. by mail. Eventually the title arrived, but I never did receive any info. about the warranty, so I called and left a message with Michael McKenna. My call was never returned. So, I stopped into the dealership about a month later and he was not in. I called again and left a message which was not returned. I also left a message with Josh, the general manager. The call was not returned. Finally, I called to find out what Michael McKenna's schedule was so that I could stop by when he was in. He did not answer the page put out by the front desk, so the receptionist sent someone to find him. He was sitting and chatting with other employees ignoring the page. Finally, someone brought him out front and I spoke with him. He said that the dealership would "never give a warranty for free". Keep in mind that I wasn't expecting one in the first place, and had no idea that that type of warranty existed. Therefore, it wouldn't be possible for me to dream it up myself. He then asked me to wait in the hall while he went upstairs to find the paperwork because "there are personal things in my office" (thus I couldn't be trusted). No one had a problem with trusting me when they were trying to sell me a car! I was alone in his office at that time! Since I have nothing in writing there is nothing I can do except to learn from the experience - always get business promises in writing before the deal is made! Buyer beware! More
EXTREMELY BAD DEALERSHIP!! I work with many dealerships and have never experienced anything like them. The car arrived and was not what they said it was. It took me 2 months before I saw one piece of paper and have never experienced anything like them. The car arrived and was not what they said it was. It took me 2 months before I saw one piece of paperwork. Another month for them to get me the money they owed me. At least 25-30 phone calls continually asking for my paperwork only to be told we will call you back or its on its way. Horrible experience from sales man, to used car director, and even the General Manager. I do recommend you have all your ducks in line if you plan on doing business with these people!! I only post this so no one else has to go through what I did. More
