Trying local dealership for basic service again. I recently purchased a new jeep and had 1st service performed. Great experience and service. I had experienced poor service a few years back and want I recently purchased a new jeep and had 1st service performed. Great experience and service. I had experienced poor service a few years back and wanted to try local dealership again. This service was for my work vehicle. Online appointment set up was great . Service was performed but forgot a tire rotation. Staff corrected issue. 2 hour service time for booked appointment seems a little excessive and attention to detail for service write up could use a touch up. I was observing the service department as I am searching for a dealership to service my 9 work trucks. Key component is time and scheduling for trucks to be off the road. More
