I should have read all the one star reviews on this dealership (Lakeland Chryler Dodge Jeep Ram) before going there. Lied not just once but over and over. On jeep.com looked up jeep gladiators my hus dealership (Lakeland Chryler Dodge Jeep Ram) before going there. Lied not just once but over and over. On jeep.com looked up jeep gladiators my husband and I were interested in. This dealership was showing they had four of them. I called spoke to a saleswoman by name of Kayla giving her the VIN numbers of each of them. She told me she would do her research make sure those jeep gladiators were there before we drive an hour over there. She ended call by saying she would text or call me back shortly after confirming she has them. About 30mins after speaking to her she has another woman call me to confirm a time we would be there. I asked are those gladiators there she replies yes we have tons of gladiators. I said no not just any gladiators does Kayla have the four I gave her the VIN numbers for her reply was yes we have them. We rushed right over there to be on time to see these four gladiators they told me were there. After an hour drive we arrive Kayla comes over telling us no they don't have any of those four gladiators to show us. But she could have them in any day now (other lie). She had no clue where those gladiators were or if they were getting them. She tried to show us other gladiators they have. I told her no like I said on the phone we are only looking for a Sport S with 4.10 axle tow package i stressed on the the phone we want only the Sport S and need 4,10 axle tow package. Why look at anything different we could have went 5 mins down the road from us to look/test drive gladiators we didn't want or need. We drove an hour ready to buy what we wanted and needed. We brought in my new ram truck because of vibration in the rear of the truck… I bought the truck in Ohio and took it to three different dealers with no satisfaction… Everyone seems to blame the tires even the rear of the truck… I bought the truck in Ohio and took it to three different dealers with no satisfaction… Everyone seems to blame the tires even though they have all been replaced on this new truck… I heard that Lakeland Dodge was a good place to take my truck ... I told them on the phone that I needed a loaner or a rental. We waited two hours to get the loaner… That was at 10:00 AM at 3 o’clock my representative called me Mitch and said the truck was riding normal and three different technicians drove the truck on interstate 4 and could not find any vibration… I asked Mitch if he could rotate the tires front to back just to rule out any other issues with the tires… Mitch said he would I never heard back from him that day the next day I called at 1 o’clock in the afternoon left a message ... after leaving my second message with the receptionist at 3 o’clock Mitch finally called me back at 3:30 said that they rotated the tires the three technicians drove the truck again and had no issues… Then he told me they rotated the tires back to the original spot not sure why they would do that… When I went to pick up the truck here’s the funny thing they’ve only driven the truck 13 miles… Draw your own conclusion More

We were looking at a 2018 vehicle advertised at $16,541. Needless to say we simply walked away. I understand that there are cost involved in reconditioning a vehicle, and that the dealer is entitled to a profit. BUT these COST should be INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE when advertised. NOT something that is added on AFTER the fact. When an advertised vehicle jumps $3500, I consider it to be false advertising. More

This place has been a nightmare! I bought a 2016 Ford f150 from dodge. From start this place has been full of excuses and lies. When I signed for my truck I asked for the full inspection report for when f150 from dodge. From start this place has been full of excuses and lies. When I signed for my truck I asked for the full inspection report for when they got the truck and after they fixed the needed areas. They were shocked and stated they would mail it to me. Nope never got it. My husband and I were told they couldn't fixed the cracked windshield prior to selling to us, we would have to go through insurance. Oh okay fine. We got the windshield replaced on our insurance instead even though the truck was traded in with the crack in the windshield. The truck was missing a lock snd they swore they will order the part and replace it for free. Guess what, no freaking part has been ordered and i was pretty much told that was a false promise.Our truck pulled to the left hard. We called. This is the exact reason why i requested the inspection report because of situations like this.. No one would get back with us. We had to go in person to drop it off because they wouldn't answer the phone. They had the truck for 1.5 days and never did the service on the truck. Well we need our truck because we work separated jobs. Now my husband has gone down there 3 times and the alignment machine is broken and they will not answer the freaking phone. So we have to keep waiting as our Warranty runs up. This place is a joke, their customer service skills, their service advisors, and the whole experience just sucks as a whole. I will NEVER deal with this place again. Please don't waste your money or your time here. There are many many many other dealerships that will do better business than this. This isn't something PAYING customers should be treated. More

I purchased a Used Truck from them. My Salesman was Mo. The sales staff are Awesome. They worked with me, and bent over backwards to make the deal that I wanted. And they earned my business. The Finance Manager is James Arnold, that man is useless. Most days he is either off,or does not come in until 12 or 2 p.m. He will not work for you. He will not call you back. He will not do what he says he will do. He is worthless. I don't know how he got the position he is in, he does not deserve it. If you decide to buy from Lakeland Dodge, do yourself a favor and don't have James Arnold anywhere in the deal. Should be fired for being so sorry of a employee. Sales is Great. James Arnold is the reason for my low rating. Had to get a nice Lady named Jennifer to do the job that James Arnold would not do. More

It was getting late, and I was getting tired from all the negotiations so I put my trust in the dealer finance person and now I pay the price. When I went home and look through the paperwork the numbers didn’t add up. Two days later I went back to pick up my vehicle from the service I asked for someone to go over the numbers in my contract. 3 hours later no one knows how to explain all the numbers. They keep giving me different answers and keep blaming finance person. The company makes hidden charges and doesn’t even know how to explain. They have dealer fee to put gas in it and to get car ready for u all that is BS just to get more money. Go to the bank and don’t finance with them. I also purchased additional vehicle policy which I cancelled a week later. Today is 3 months Since I cancelled the policy and the bank still didn’t get refund and no one knows where the money went. I spoke with the dealership and according to them they lost my cancellation paperwork. The most unprofessional group of staff I have ever encountered. I highly do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel cheated. More
