As Tony the Tiger says ITS WAS GREAT Gina Hines was the service advisor who was taken care of my 2017 Ford Explorer. From the time my car entered ford service dept till Gina called to tell me my car was ready for pickup, I was kept informed and was given top shelf treatment. It is nice to get your car down right on the first time ! First service visit for my 2018 Edge When I first arrived at Lakeland Ford for the first service visit for my 2018 Edge I was assigned to Bruce Cohen as my Service Coordinator. I don't t When I first arrived at Lakeland Ford for the first service visit for my 2018 Edge I was assigned to Bruce Cohen as my Service Coordinator. I don't think I could have gotten a better coordinator. He was friendly, knowledgeable, made me feel important and we had a lot in common including the Philly Eagles and ethnic food. When I return for my next visit to Lakeland Ford I will definitely request that Bruce be my Service Coordinator again. With respect to the work performed on my SUV for the initial service, Michael Collins accomplished everything that needed to be done and returned my car to me in spotless condition. I WILL BE BACK. We always see Chris Underford in the ford service center and We were in for the Ford Service center, we always see Chris. Our visit was very quick as we always set an appointment when able to.
