I have had my Atlas Cross Sport brought back 6 times for speaker issues. For all of my issues they offered to put some gas in my tank. They put a 1/4 tank of gas. After 6 trips back to rectify an issue that speaker issues. For all of my issues they offered to put some gas in my tank. They put a 1/4 tank of gas. After 6 trips back to rectify an issue that is not my doing, I get less than a 1/2 of tank of gas. I am so over this location. I feel like I have been be very accommodating. I in good conscience could not recommend this VW dealership. More

Hello good afternoon, I had no problems with service. I was in and out. But I was charged $140 dollars for an oil change. That's ridiculous, the highest I ever paid actually. I have a 2012 VW beetle and only need 6 quarts of oil. Service rep at the front counter told me it was $129. Which is still high but I agreed to pay. She also threw in a FREE courtesy car wash. And my total was $139. She said it was "tax". That's insane. A month prior I came in for a diagnostic and that was $169. In all service was fine, but $140 for an oil change is way to high. More
