Terrible experience Never followed through with my rental and didn’t call me to let me know, no one returned my call and serval calls made unable to reach management and Never followed through with my rental and didn’t call me to let me know, no one returned my call and serval calls made unable to reach management and had to drive up there for a refund when they could of done so over the phone but could never reach someone to coordinate that service. I would never use vw or purchase a vw product again. More
