A cover for a small door light had come off, and the wires were dangling out. I arrived at the Volkwagen repair place, thinking it would cost me for the part and time and labor charges. I asked Joshua to help me start the process, and he looked around, found the cover that had fallen under the seat of the car, and replaced it with no problem - and with no charge. What service!
