Lakeland Volkswagen has always been a pleasure to work with. It's frustrating when you need service on your vehicle, but Lakeland VW has figured out how to remove as much friction from the process as poss with. Instead of checking everything I mentioned, they focused only on the most expensive repair and ignored the other concerns. My car still has the same start/stop issue, and nothing was done about it. I gave VW Lakeland another chance, but it feels like nothing has changed. The service department still seems more interested in upselling than actually fixing the problems I bring in. Unfortunately, I’m left with the same impression as before a dishonest and unhelpful dealership. I won’t be returning. More
