Horrible Experience. They treated me awful. I had called service office twice to ensure my appt and warranty work would be performed efficiently. Upon arrival they didnt even know why I was there. Then being lied to and refused to share information with me. On top of it all my car was damaged, so I immediately reported to the manager. That's correct no response. Overcharged me for the service I needed done and didnt care to explain it to me. Awful what happened VW More

I felt taken advantage of financially I was charged $900.00 for replacing fuel pump module. The part was $206.00 and it is plug and play. Unplug the old and plug in the new. I know VW is high end and proprietary but I feel the price gouging is excessive. I am seeing my VW and will never buy another because of the proprietary nature of VW. Other than being abused $$$ the staff was great. Also when getting my car back the gas gauge doesn’t work. It was working when I came in. More
