I bought my vehicle on 2/8/2022 and on 2/11/2022 the fuel tank strap broke from underneath the vehicle. They promised a new mirror in contract as well. They didn't get ahold of me till 2/28/2022 to see when tank strap broke from underneath the vehicle. They promised a new mirror in contract as well. They didn't get ahold of me till 2/28/2022 to see when they could help fix it and bring it in. Over the next couple of days they kept my truck and was "repairing it". They took it to auffler shop and did a botch job of welding in a bracket and welded the nut to the bolt. So if I needed to repair it again which it would happen again I couldn't even do that. So far lakeside hasn't impressed me or been 100% with me at all. Whenever I call I am rudely treated over the phone and act like my cares aren't their concern. I haven't even owned the vehicle for 30 days yet. Ron is cool tho that's about it. More

Brought my car for an oil change and window service (window wouldn't run up or down with button). Car was diagnosed and appointment made for work on the window the following Friday. Dealership didn't o (window wouldn't run up or down with button). Car was diagnosed and appointment made for work on the window the following Friday. Dealership didn't order the right part and ended up keeping my car until Monday afternoon. Door wasn't put back together correctly, lock doesn't go down anymore and dash continues to notify me that the window is broken, which at least the window itself seems to be working. I haven't even called to let them know it's still messed up because I can't afford to be without my car for 3 days again. Only giving 2 stars because at least the guy who dealt with the situation was polite and knocked $50 off the total. More
