The service Manager was so rude. They told me there was a leak. i told them to go ahead and diagnose it. and he came back and told me that they couldn’t figure it out. but they toppe They told me there was a leak. i told them to go ahead and diagnose it. and he came back and told me that they couldn’t figure it out. but they topped off the coolant and was gonna send me on my way. i realized i didn’t get an inspection paper like im supposed to. So i went back in, and The other gentleman sent me exactly what was wrong. i was also told that there was no loaner vehicles. He was perfectly okay with me leaving with a vehicle that he said that if it got to hot to stop immediately as my car could literally break down. and more things would break. I ended up needing a new radiator. and left with a loaner. Not very pleased and i’m so over taking my car here as something ends up being broke everytime i go for a simple oil change. More
