Roman was fantastic as well as Kyle, used car department and reconditioning need a refresh on their Standard operating procedures, alighnment was xxxx even after they "aligned " it while we were waiting to and reconditioning need a refresh on their Standard operating procedures, alighnment was xxxx even after they "aligned " it while we were waiting to take delivery, didnt even change wiper blades during reconditioning , drove home 4 hrs with on and off rain with junk wiper blades and bad alighnment , interior console pieces were missing that I had to purchase out of pocket from Ford, bed camera was also an issue that should have been caught during reconditioning, image was blurry/inop other , sales team and financial team 5 star , reconditioning/ used car department 0/5.
