I had a drive train warranty that would have covered the cost of my repair. The warranty was voided when I discontinued having my servicing done there. Why? That caused me to service with another GM dealer, all documented, which in turn voided my warranty. I got screwed from your mistakes. Done with Lakeside. Scheduled oil change and check tire for leak. Puncture in sidewall requiring new tires. Quoted price was 200 higher than another local place. I came in with some strict guidelines.. as I was buying a toy.. they were able to make it happen.. there was a couple hiccups.. and I am waiting to see if I will be getting reimbursed for an oil change I had to do immediately on the vehicle as it was 600+ miles outside it’s oil change time. NOT GOOD. So I took it to a local dealer in Warsaw to have it done that day.. I didn’t want to put anymore miles on dirty oil. It was an expensive oil change. I was told by my salesman and the General I would be getting reimbursed for the cost. So we shall see if I should continue to praise my experience.. or whether I need to revamp and edit it.
